I read 1 Cor. 4 lst night and this part stood out to me:
3I care very little if I am judged by you or by any human court; indeed, I do not even judge myself. 4My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me. 5Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait till the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of men's hearts. At that time each will receive his praise from God.
It kinda goes along with a lot of the threads that I've been posting in in "General" and "Bible Study" (namely the ones about eating pork). I saw it as a reminder that it is only God's judgement that matters. He looks at our hearts. when it comes to disputable matters, if you can honestly say that ou did it with a clear conscience, then it is perfectly acceptable.
