Why does it matter the service style of the church?

some people judge other people based on the service stlye they like

all that matters is that the church glorifies God and not your liking

Worshiping God is not about preference

And the opposite is even more true: People in their worship need to attract God. It is in our wholehearted abandon to worshiping God that He makes His presence known.

He inhabits the praise of His own people....our praise is His throne.

Psalm 22:3 ASV
But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

Psalm 26:8 NLT
I love your sanctuary, Lord,
the place where your glorious presence dwells.
 
I'm going to be 54 in a couple of month. The older I get, the more I prefer, desire even, a more conservative and practical approach to service.

Romans 12:1-2
 
I try to be careful not to let myself get too wrapped up in the service so I can stay more focused on the purpose of the service. Sometimes I wonder if some denominations put too much effort into attracting the masses that those they attract fail to catch the intended message. What good is a church party if the message fails to be delivered?

The perfect worship service is a marriage of God and Man

Each one receiving each one getting, flawless, seemless harmonious...beautiful
