Focus on the Family addresses the use of biblical principles in parenting and marriage to strengthen the family.

Very nice. I had a Schecter Hellraiser C1 that I ended up selling. It was the dark red one, EMG 81/85. Funny story that. I bought it from a friend that needed money. Then about ten years later, I needed money and he always wanted it back, so I sold it back to him. Lol.
The One I got was a Birthday Present from my gramps and he traded an unused fishing boat to a friend for it. Said friend made me promise if I ever wanted to part with it to let him know first. Mine has the stock Schecter actives, but I prefer those to 707s. Would like to maybe put fishmens in it, but it does the job fine. I have the polar white with black binding.

I only recently discovered Fishmen pickups. I haven't had the chance to try them out, but the reviews I've seen have peaked my interest.

They are like EMGs, I just like that I can get a legit single coil and humbucking sound with a flip of a switch. I never cared for coil taping or splitting.

Nice!
This is my Studio 4. I absolutely love it!
Ohh, and that’s my girlfriend on the loveseat lol!View attachment 15853
Lovely bass and pupper. I like the Schecter basses. I have an LTD 5. I'll get a few picks of my set up when I get my office back together. The LTD, Jazz, Ibanez P, and Ibanez Acoustic bass are my work horses.

I'm usually a guitar player, but over the years I end up doing bass stuff more since no one wants to play bass, they all want to be Shred princesses. :P

Nice!
I’ve been playing a few years, but only got serious a little over a year ago. So much to learn! I’m finally able to move around the fretboard and in terms of proficiency, just breaking into the intermediate stage. It’s a lot of fun, I really enjoy it!

You sound very talented to have so many instruments and the ability to play them! My wife plays acoustic and sings. I can’t do neither lol!

I fumble around. I live near a college town with pawn shops so I never pay full price. I also have been around music since I was a baby. :p

My wife grew up playing, so she has absolutely no clue what I go through half the time lol! I would get so upset when she would change the key on me during worship rehearsal! Now I’m playing songs I’ve never heard that were added the night before and rehearsal was the first time seeing the notes! Ohh, I’ve come so far this year lol! I can’t wait for another year to go by!

I really admire you guys that grew up playing an instrument, and even more to those like you who know multiple instruments.

Got any more pictures of your instruments?

What's really cool is that when you learn 1 instrument in a family the skills transfer. Guitar, bass, and baritones transfer thanks to tuning. Cello, violin, mandolin, and stand up bass are all tuned similar. Woodwinds are all similar just different key basses. Etc. I learned on woodwinds, picked up guitar, and dabble in precussion........then there be banjo. :p I hope you like open G and tossing out convention. XD

Actually the stand up bass is tuned exactly the same as a bass guitar. E A D G (bottom to top) It is the last surviving member of the Gamba family. It is tuned in 4ths, not 5ths like the cello, violin, and mandolin.

Gotcha, I must have thought of the contraband.:p I should have known this since the bass guitar was the fusion of electric guitar and stand up bass. XD
