-Take time for devotion
I Sam 3. Samuel heard God, and Eli didn’t. Eli reaped war, destruction and death. Samuel reaped ministry, anointing and fellowship with God. People that make time for devotion with God, mental growth, serving people and physical fitness go a million times farther than those who don’t. I’d rather make time for these things.
Once, when I found time for devotion, He spoke to me about going to Russia as a missionary. I obeyed. He has blessed me here with a very exciting ministry.
Please, share how God has changed your life by giving you direction.

I fell into a volcanic fissure after drinking too much.

I guess the info is "don't drink and fool around on a volcanic field of ruins".

:-D

How did you end up on a volcano?

Some tropical islands have a start as volcanic activity, and many have coral caps.

I lived on one for 2.5 years.

Another one (7000 miles west of Flawda , in the pacific ) I was 3 years on.

Others I vacationed to.

Islands sorta wear out after a long stay.

God has done more to change my life as I obeyed his instructions... such as:
Matthew 25 44 + 45 NIV"They also will answer, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?'
45 "He will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.'

I found myself between a rock and a hard place, (at times when I was visiting those in prison) and had to find some answers for myself, which brought about changes in me.

Are you still involved in ministry to prisoners?
