I have one that happened yesterday. At work, I go a lady's house to fix her a/c unit and she says the indoor unit makes a rumbling sound. The only thing it was, was the blower housing screws had all vibrated loose, so I tightened them up. No more noise.
I bring her down to the unit and ask if that's better. She said yes of course! Thank you, what was it? So I told her it was loose screws, a minimal repair, with a minimal charge.
And she starts Praising the Lord and tells me she had been praying it would be a small thing, because they couldn't handle a big a/c repair bill right now...and I instantly knew that I had invited our Lord to go to work with me today, that my work would be good, that there would be happy customers...
So we had prayed in agreement for the same thing, and so I told her this. More praising of the Lord!
It pays to invite the Lord to go with you to work (or everywhere), because one is inclined to work better in the presence of the Lord, so customers are happy, the company looks good for it, I as a technician look good for it...and God gets the glory and praise! Everybody wins!
Scripture says, we are to work as unto the Lord.
So Jesus is my customer, lol!
