Should Christians say "holy cow"? Isn't that taking the Lord's name in vein? I know "Holy" isn't the name of the Lord, but cows aren't holy, are they? Isn't it disrespectful to say "holy cow"?

You're mistaken ..... it's "wholly cow" .... not "holy cow".
