Should we have scientific proof before we can believe in Jesus? Or, should we believe by faith?
 
No. We shouldn't. Science and faith are two entirely different mentalities. If you use scientific proof, then you won't be able to believe in Jesus. Why? Because science is not the correct instrument to use. Science is great for all non-religious matters (I'm a scientist after all :P). I first tried the scientific proof method. It made me an agnostic/atheist. But when someone mentioned this to me and I was able to wrap my head around it and accept it, I was able to convert.
