Why then if I practice auras and chakras in martial arts am i sinning

never once do you have to bow to a demon

And why do we look down on molesters and don't forgive them,

Oats, I know of child molesters who have come to faith in Jesus and have joined Christian churches. They were open about their sin and the church placed him within a group of men who could keep him accountable. It isn't always the easiest thing to go through, but those who recognize the severity of their sin before the Lord and others, have no problem humbling themselves and submitting to that kind of accountability. Forgiveness and healing is a process.

As far as babies being born sinless, I think you misunderstood what I and others where trying to say. Babies are not born without the sin nature or inclination to sin, they are simply not held accountable for their sins because they do not have a knowledge of good and evil. The Lord only holds us accountable for the light that we walk in.

Yesterday, I could have had no idea that "eating an apple on sunday" is a sin, but on Monday the Lord could have corrected me. I would graciously say thank you Lord for teaching me better. Now if I did the same thing the next Sunday, I am guilty of sin because I have been corrected. I am now accountable before the Lord.

Does that make sense?

Oh, and to answer your other question about Jesus needing to be born of a virgin. It's because through Adam our sin nature's are passed down. Jesus was the only born sinless human to ever walk the earth.

Sin is bad since, by definition, it is a selfish act that hurts another person.

Satan could forever torment us because of our sin, except Jesus, who never sinned, was crucified, and freed us from our sisn. In effect, Jesus paid our “ransom.â€

I think you are talking about salvation, aren’t you? Some people believe that once you are “saved,’ you are always saved. I do not believe this, though.

First, I practiced the aura and chakras thing, etc., for 15 years as a new ager. I did it far too long not to know there is some validity to it. I believe they are real phenomena. People have a certain amount of energy that surrounds their physical bodies, you may call it an aura if you like. I sense these energies very strongly and God has given me great discernment about people through this. I can often see what a person's core issues and hurts are etc and that helps me to effectively counsel them. As far as chakras are concerned, I believe they do exist. But the power of the Holy Spirit FAR overwhelms the power of any work you can do to "heal" or strengthen your chakras. The Holy Spirit is FAR above these things and will heal you and make you stronger much more effectively and quickly than any chakra work. I stopped it all b/c I had a witness in my spirit that God wanted me to. However, if you do not have that same witness, then do as you see fit. But do keep in mind that these things stem from false religions, mostly hinduism, and you are opening yourself up to the spirits behind these religions when you practice these things whether you are conscious of it or not. That can be quite dangerous and IMO should be avoided, but again that's up to you.

As far as babies are concerned, they have not COMMITTED any sin when they are born. However, they are still BORN with original sin and WILL sin as soon as they are old enough to do so. They are not held accountable until they reach the age of accountability (I'm not sure anyone knows exactly what that age is though). BUT, they will definitely sin as soon as they are able, and will still need to be born again in order to get right with God.

As far as child molesters go, I regularly take an unrepentent child molester to church with me. God loves them just as much as He loves us and we are NOT their judge, He is. Agape is a love of CHOICE, not feelings. No one enjoys the company of a child molester, but we must CHOOSE to act in love b/c that is what God requires of us, period.

yes, perhaps we should bring it up. i wish i had the mental acuity to explain it properly at the moment lol. basically jason and i were talking about how to deal with the negative energies of others. i am an empath and feel almost everything others feel and i often have a difficult time getting THEIR feelings out of ME. i can normally get their THOUGHTS out of my mind and often get rid of the EMOTIONS they feel so as not to take them on as my own, but i literally get physical sensations all throughout my body, almost like energy daggers, that i cannot seem to get rid of most of the time. they are extremely uncomfortable and cause anxiety, sometimes to the point of panic. jason has much experience in this arena as well and has employed a number of tactics, but i will let him share his testimony with you himself : )

first i want to see how some will react to this , i do know one member who hasnt been here lately will understand.

on shields they are type of protection that can negate those daggers.

or more. i did alot more then weak daggers to people.i think that jenn is feeling the spiritual warfare in this case.
