I've been leafing through the topics here, and I've found more than a few about "check out some of my own stuff" or "join my work" etc...

I've been to a lot of forums, and most of them prohibit advertising like this, but it appears here that you guys accept it.

I don't want to appear as a mindless spammer here, but I do have some music I'd like to publicize. Is this okay?

It's a CD I've put together. Now if I were just shamelessly spamming a CD for my profit, I'd feel pretty embarrased, but it's not the case.

This CD is non-profit. It was created as a fundraiser for my small church. A few months ago, my pastor was visiting a church in Alaska, when he felt God telling him some renovations that should be done to our church (it was falling apart!). To help make that vision a reality, Tetril (my band) started the "Church Supporting Group."

Here's how it works: all money that does not pay for the discs' manufacturing goes directly to my church. But it's not just my local congregation, I've asked the pastor that a portion of the money also be sent to missionaries that my church helps support.

Anyways, if you'd like to purchase a CD, you can visit http://www.tetril.net for more information. There's even a discussion board there (like the internet needs any more, lol). Tetril uses ebay to sell the discs, so you don't have to worry about a scam.
