Soda

Hey guys! You won't believe this, but I use to drink 1-3 soda's a day. Never thought about it, and noone ever told me it was bad. Well, about a year and a half ago, when I visited my dad, they didn't have soda there for three weeks, so I was forced to drink rasberry tea and lemonade. Well, now, I went back to soda's all the time (however I did try 1 a week, it didn't work.)

Well about a month ago (this coming up tuesday will mark a month) I have no had ONE soda. I have had stuff like a slushy, however I consider that desert and not soda, and only like 2.

Anyway I wanted to say to those of you who are trying not to drink sodas, this is coming from a guy obssesed with sodas. and I'm SURPRISED at how easy it was to not drink soda and have water (or water with lemon). The FIRST time I said no, it wasn't hard after that. I encourage everyone here to do the same, I have SO MUCH more energy now, and I usually get sick right about now and I have not!

I substitute grapefruit juice for the soda.

(more better)

:fadein:

Maybe I will give it a try. I don't know how I will make it without diet coke. I think I need that caffine about supper time when my energy is going down! maybe I would rest better, if I stayed away from it in the evening??? Maybe ...just maybe...

There are worser thangs than caffiene like >>> cocaine, rogain, and nicotine. :-D

( twinkies, lard icing on store bought cake, barbecue, Barcardie 151,
raw oyesters, undercooked food, overcooked food, raw meat, worry, third hand smoke, H5N1, Mad Cow Disease, head on collisions, having to visit some of your relatives when you only would like to see a few of them but you have to agonize over the whole crew of malfeasants, eating at places where the help does not wash their hands or care if you get sick or not, more ... )
