Instead of paying bilions of dollars to buy fuel ..
why every house , every city , don't have sloar systems to generate electricity
and hot water ???
it must be supported by government to be cheap and efficient and

I think every home shouldn't be built without solar heating systems
on the roof - in the garden - in a near public place ...
or we will face hard circumstances in a few year ..
