Lol. My husband and I were just talking about how if you want to collect rain water in some states you have to have a permit for you to use it as drinkable.
I don't have the money to change our grade to handle electric cars. We can't stand using electric lawnmowers because they don't run long.
Not to mention the grid already can't handle a bunch now.

It never occurs to these people that the machines that generate the electricity runs on fossil fuels. I had to buy a permit just to replace my fence last year. Really would prefer to live on Mars at this point.
