I got out my bike at the end of last week but I was having a lot of trouble working the image button but thanks to my buddy Jeff it's finally fixed!! You rock dude!! Hey, that's a good picture of it. Can you tell that it's a girl's bike? If you scroll down you'll see that my helmet even matches it.

Thanks! My favorite part is the basket in the front. I get to carry things in there from garage sales, or flowers, or a picnic lunch, or my water bottle.

Really cute kitty. I take it she's a girl since she's wearing a pink collar. But yeah, the weather was absolutely gorgeous out today. I got in a walk and a couple of rides. I always wear a helmet now because a couple of years ago I fell and landed on my head. Luckily I was wearing my helmet because that one fall could have caused me to get a concussion. That's why I believe for that very reason that it is literally what saved my life that day. True story.

Yup, it has hand brakes and gears. I'm at the park right now resting, but I've already wrote close to 6 miles. I'm about 3 miles from home and it's getting dark. My light dont worl but I'm waking floresenct green.
This is my first real ride of the year and I'm loving it. But I dont remember the seat being that hard lol!
Oh, the cat is a boy, but he likes pink lol!

Well, it's another beautiful day today, so since it's supposed to rain for the next couple of days, I think going for another ride or two sounds like a really good idea. And maybe even a walk. I enjoy walking too, and it is one of the best exercises for you to help keep you healthy and fit.
