To reiterate, the Rabbi is not "Permitting" Adultry in the case where adultery includes a minor. What the Rabbi is not permitting, is the strangulation of said minor which was the method of killing an adulterer which is based on the two commandments that addressed both adultery and how to treat minors.

If you were held liable for living out the two commandments above because God commanded them, how would you rule in the case where a teenager was involved in Adultery without violating a commandment in your judgement?

You see, if you murder the child, you violate the commandment. Furthermore, the scriptures don't speak on minors involved in Adultery. So how do you rule in this case based on God's commandments?

Not quite sure I understand this 100% I think the best thing to do (to help me out) would be for you to post the scriptures in question - or show me what commandments you are basing this off of.

These are the two scriptures the Rabbi used as a reference.

Leviticus 20:10 And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

Leviticus 19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.

You confuse the terms of our today society with the rules of God,

Deuteronomy 21:18 "If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them:"

Deuteronomy 21:19 "Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place;"

Deuteronomy 21:20 "And they shall say unto the elders of his city, `This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.' "

Deuteronomy 21:21 "And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear."

Ok, so how would you deal with a Hebrew minor caught in adultery and stay in accordance with the commandments of God?

Let me make some points here. You used the term minor, if the male is old enough to become turned on and can complete the act in full knowing and has the ability to release into the female perhaps getting her pregnant, he is no minor.

If the male is not old enough to fit in the brakett of these things he has been raped.

Leviticus 19:18 "Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: but thou shalt love thy neightbour as thy self: I am the Lord."

The children of thy people is not refering to little kids it is reffering to this

Matthew 7:12; "Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law of the prophets.

We would also need to discuss the matter in full detail before sentence or release could be handed out.

I will let Torah define minor momentarily. However, the verses you posted above may not apply to a "minor" committing adultery. Seduction can be very powerful.

Now then, who is defined as an Adult?
Exodus 30:14Every one that passeth among them that are numbered, from twenty years old and above, shall give an offering unto the LORD. 15The rich shall not give more, and the poor shall not give less than half a shekel, when they give an offering unto the LORD, to make an atonement for your souls.



Numbers 1: 3From twenty years old and upward, all that are able to go forth to war in Israel: thou and Aaron shall number them by their armies.

Numbers 14:
28Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the LORD, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you:
29Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward which have murmured against me.

Thus, we can clearly see the age of 20 as a defining line.

This does not determine a man, all this does is tell a age when males are allowed to go to war. Your reading into this.

So if a 19 year old goes out murders and rapes he should not be held as an adult because hes not 20....NAY

A man is not determined by a number of months passing on a calendar surely as a male you know this, if I need to pull ages of men in the bible I will.
