Tattoo numbing cream distribution: useful extra income?

Some manufacturers of numbing cream, used for tattoos, piercings and even injections, offer large discounts for potential distributors.

Do you think this is can be a useful source of extra income? and has anyone tried it or considered it?

In ALOT of states anesthetics like a numbing cream are illegal for use by anyone who is not medicaly certified(read a doctor or anesthesiologist). Before getting into this I'd check with a tatt shop and see what the law(because they WILL or should know it) states.

ovbiously I'm excluding over the counter medicines.
