Tax Refund scam in Uk

The scam is being sent by text and phone call.
I received a text message saying I have a pending tax refund. Thry gave a link to fill a form to apply for payment. They said it was from Gov.uk but it was from a mobile number.
I thought straight away this dodgy. I googled scam tax refund. Sure enough HMRC are warning against exactly what I received. They say do not answer the text but report it to them then delete lthe message. I wouldn't click on the link they gave either.
Watch out for the scam.HMRC never notify by text or phone.
