This is the 4th high school murder in this past year in this area of Savannah, Georgia.
My 25 year old granddaughter has been a teacher at this school and has a good rapport with these kids.
But she is far too sensitive to what is happening and has just quit her job.
Now she needs a new job and has just gotten pregnant.

Lord we pray you open the door for a new income stream for her.

Hopefully The benefits from her job at the school will still apply to the pregnancy.

Maybe after some time off, after the baby is born she will return if it the Lord's will.

Dear Brother allenwynne, your request for prayer for your granddaughter brought memories of a Christian young woman of the assembly I attend, and I know by her testimony of God's protection in those instances. I forget the name of the young man now, but she worked with one of them, and the weekend prior to the massacre at Columbine High School in Colorado she dated one of the killers, met his parents, and had testified as to how nice he and his parents were at a church testimony meeting after the fact.

The day of the shootings she was in the library studying just prior to the start of it, friends came by near insisting she go with them to some little hangout they went sometimes, she finally ageed to and left the very place most of the killings occurred. Her brother also a student one year younger was also normally in the area, but was sick that day. The result is that they have both completed Bible school and living lives glorifying God the last I heard in another state.

What is God doing in Your granddaughter's life to protect her? Trust Him.

She is in my prayers, allenwynne . Teachers have so much more with which to contend than merely teaching.

Prayers are also offered up for all teachers. Our Lord knows what each and every teacher needs in terms of healing and strengthening.

Wow Eugene! That's some testimony. I remember that incident like it was yesterday. It was Dylan and Kliebold was their names.
