Temperature up and down, but God is in control

This has been a brutal winter for us here in the middle of nowhere, Idaho. But, God has blessed us with a bit of a warming trend and I can now drive up and down my driveway. I'm truly thankful for that. I know we still need more snow...but I hope that the next snowstorm will bring just inches instead of feet. When we get so much at once, life just becomes moving snow here and moving snow there just to do the basics in life.

I think the windchill is the worst of it, though.
Anyway, about the ice and snow, my wife takes her heels separately to church, because it's a bit hazardous outside in this weather.
But I'm usually the one who puts down the melter salt and shovels the snow.
