Testimonies of Reformed Backsliders

The Lord recently convicted me of backsliding, and I have given over my heart and life to Jesus. In trying to establish a new walk with Him, I am plagued by many doubts and fears. I read an aritcle recently on backsliding, which said that there are many famous Christian leaders who were backsliders at one point and then came back to a strong faith.

Does anyone know of some good testimonies on the subject that I could read that would give me encouragement? This is a difficult struggle.

Being raised in a Christian home most the folks i knew were Christian. Odd thing i never met a perfect Christian... Not even my Daddy who was the most Christ like man i have ever known...
