the adoption (the redemption of the body)

In Romans 8:23 we find that the adoption is defined as the redemption of the body.

In Galatians 4:5-7 we find that this "adoption" has already occurred in the lives of the Galatians.

However, it appears that, in context of Romans 8:23 (Romans 8:24-25), we must wait for the redemption of the body.

Until you compare those verses to Hebrews 11:1. Then it becomes clear that we can have the "substance of" and the "evidence for" a redeemed body.

One simply needs to move from merely having hope to exhibiting faith.

Other verses that speak of the fact that we can walk with a redeemed body in this life are 1 Thessalonians 5:23 and Hebrews 9:13-14; Ephesians 5:30-32 (kjv) w/ 1 John 3:5; and others.

In Galatians 4:5-7 we find that this "adoption" has already occurred in the lives of the Galatians.
In Galatians 4, of course we find the opposite, that in the lives of these examples, they did not know God, but only they were known of God. They turn to bondage, and Paul afraid of the labour he bestowed on them, was in vain.

A son (adopted son) and an heir of God through Christ, continues to cry Abba Father, and continues to not turn again to the elements of the world. ( with which they are servants to/to sin)

Galatians 4:5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
8 Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods.
9 But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?
10 Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years.
11 I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain.

However, it appears that, in context of Romans 8:23 (Romans 8:24-25), we must wait for the redemption of the body.
Romans 8, also tells of the Spirit we receive that is not of bondage ( as the Galatians were displaying/the wrong spirit/ returned again to bondage.)

We receive the Spirit of adoption, to be children, heirs of God, joint heirs with Christ, if we suffer with Him, to be glorified together.

Romans 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Until you compare those verses to Hebrews 11:1. Then it becomes clear that we can have the "substance of" and the "evidence for" a redeemed body.

One simply needs to move from merely having hope to exhibiting faith.
Romans 8, also speaks of those firstfruits of the Spirit ( unlike the Galatians, in Galatians 4..)

Then we are told we are saved by this hope ( not being moved away from the hope of the gospel.) and how with patience ( in those fruits of the Spirit) do we wait for it.

Romans 8:23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Here is how we are told to not move away from the hope of the gospel by those sufferings with Christ to be glorified together. The fruit of the Spirit, longsuffering/patience is hope we reap in hope.

Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Colossians 1:22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:
23 If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;
24 Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church.

Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
