As I mentioned in a recent post, the Bible is an accurate account of the events it documents.

However, some people take this too far and actually worship the Bible.
 
Many people think that mere possession of truth is what makes it all good between them and God. It's a very common 'belief' in the church. Knowledge of correct doctrine or church practices never saved a single soul...never will.
