I believe we are all equal. We all have our own roles that God wants us to do.

First and foremost, Ann not only finished her chemo, but also got a good set of numbers for her cancer being beaten and she doesn't have to go back for 3 months. She just needs to build up her immune system and grow back her hair. She is also already working FULL time from home without needing a nap from exhaustion.
Secondly, Redfin removed the fake $60k mortgage from our house.
Thirdly, the little gecko who visits us each afternoon now eats from Ann's hand.

Dan this is a big cheer up. Marvellous news. What a bright side of life that is. Praise be to God

I have been having a hard time thinking of the bright side lately, but when all else fails I have God. I am thankful for a roof over my head, food to eat, and family to spend time with - I think that's the brightest thing right now

You are certainly blessed with those things @Luminous Rose
God is very generous yo us all. He is amazing.

Bella is the white one,willow is a mix of Kerr,and also bull mastif,Bella has a mix of Kerr,bull,dog and catahoula,she will post like the bull dog ,but not walk with that hair,she has their bulky shape

Bella looks very bull dog. She is lovely. Willow would get away with a lot in my house. Okay they both would. I can tell from the video that they are well loved.

I do that too and you see the peace on their face.
One day a couple of months ago I bought a homeless lady a hot meal.
She smiled and said thank you. I said go her 'it's from Jesus" and her face shone with joy. It was so beautiful. They have moved the homeless into hotels now because of the virus.

Bella looks very bull dog. She is lovely. Willow would get away with a lot in my house. Okay they both would. I can tell from the video that they are well loved.

With the recent riots...
I was wanting to do what I do best and bake some cookies for our local police office...I suck at cards...and guys aren't really all about flowers the way that women are.
But...
I was scared that they would look at them with mistrust and look at them as either tainted or as a bribe for future traffic violations. Neither is true...I just wanted to thank them for the difficult jobs that they are doing. Our officers are a pretty decent bunch of guys and girls.

So...Im up for some suggestions.

Just an idea. Why not do the cookies and get some local children to draw and write a few messages to say thank you
Take them with the cookies. They can read them while eating your cookies

Our church's watsapp group, some of the messages are very twee, others are challenging.
We have one guy, who came to s through the cocaine anon group, he has come to know the Lord and posts on this app every day.
One thing he posts,
" I'm grateful for another day clean and sober."
And
" waking and handing my will over to my Lord and asking how I can serve others."

Reminds me just what ?I have in the glorious riches of Christ that have been lavished on me.

Well, although I'm currently feeling very upset that one of my so called friends just left me for no apparent reason whatsoever, the bright side is that I guess they were never truly my friend to begin with and I can take what I'm feeling right now to help me with one of my fanfics. It still hurts though.

We have been through tornados and straight line winds...
Followed by plague and now famine...
Locusts are on the way.
Poisonous frogs have become a problem as well as hornets and wasps.
Chaos and riots are all around as well...

My knee is shot and I am going to have to find a new career....

But I'm looking on the bright side of life.
