The Common Man's Proverbs

The Book of Proverbs are amazing! And I think deep down, we all wish we could have been Solomon, because he was so smart and so on point with everything. But, alas, we are not gifted with wisdom like he was, but that doesn't stop us from coming up with nifty little phrases every now and then. So I figured we could all write our own proverbs in here and see what comes of it!

I shall start:

"If your home is where the heart is,
and your heart is in God,
Then your home is in God!"

It's a great book, and it's good, too, to read Proverbs in the light of the New Testament; Paul says to the Corinthian believers: 'Of Him are ye in Christ Jesus, Who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption' (1 Cor. 1.30).
