Measles nearly killed my grandfather ,he also got diptheria and did killed my great uncles and auntsm.

Small pox,surely most born after my time have no immunity to that.that is why myself and others who didn't have the scar got the shot. Yes.I will hit 10000 steps in two hours or less on some routes.the 26th st route it's about 2hrs.if I recall when I hit 50 th ave .I have walked about four miles.47th ave walk on that route is two miles. I will have finished that in under an hour

I used to walk 3 miles a day when I lived with my parents. It was a lot safer than walking around here. I have a treadmill in the apartments gym.
