Have you heard of this diet?
Popular here in Australia. Started by a British doctor. Michael Moseley.
I'm thinking of doing it hardcore for two weeks. 800 calories a day. In the meantime I am doing some mild dieting by myself. With mild success.
In my twenties I was about 85 kg.
Thirties 85 to 90.
Forties 85 to 90
Fiftees 90 to 100
Sixtees 100 to 112.

I would ideally like to reach 90 now. I'm currently 104.
 
Notice that spike in weight in the fiftees. I started working full time nightshift as a caretaker. Snacking overnight. Terrible sleep patterns. Bad lifestyle. Minimal exercise and eating at the wrong time.
 
Interesting how dieting really makes you self aware of food intake. You can think you are self aware but if you aren't aware of the food that goes into your mouth, you aren't self aware .
Watching YouTube and snacking. Bad habit.
Can you just eat?
I find it difficult.

Oh wow that nightshift work is rough on a human being . I did second shift and that was bad enough .
