The righteousness of God is revealed in the Blood of Jesus.
The Cross is the righteousness revealed.
This is the mercy of God as defined by GRACE.
The "just" are those who, through FAITH, have been justified by the Blood of Jesus and the Cross, and they no longer live but it is Christ who lives in them.

We can read the Scriptures from beginning to end day in and day out, and try to understand faith and the foundation of faith. But without Spiritual rebirth, The Bible is just a book to the natural man who act out the Scriptures as a part in a play. What Spiritual truth God teaches us in few words to the born again believer, takes the natural man several pages or their own publications to try to explain by the flesh,something that is void of a Spiritual environment. you do not join, we are called. The first is self willed, the other is God willed. You must be born again....Really!

FYI: The Koine Greek word DIKAIOSUNE, (righteousness), is a translation of the Hebraic word “tsedaka.” This word means "the divine energy which accomplishes man's salvation". It is parallel and almost synonymous to another Hebraic word, “hesed” which means "mercy", "compassion" and "love".
