The conscience bears witness, of the law written not outside, but CAN ONLY BE INSIDE IN THE HEART.
It is written, ( not outside of the heart but in fleshy tables of the heart.) it has not entered into the hearts of man, the things God has prepared for those who love Him. ( to prepare the heart of the humble.)
To turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, the disobedient to the wisdom of the just. ( of the just Lord, the just for the unjust., to bring us to God) to make a people prepared for the Lord.
Psalm 10:17 Lord, thou hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their heart, thou wilt cause thine ear to hear:
Luke 1:17 And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.
Romans 2:15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)
1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
The Epistle ( of the Gospel) is written in their hearts and read of all men. ( in their hearts) ministered not with ink, ( not with ink not with outside writing, only written in the heart by the Spirit in the heart.) but with the Spirit of the living God, in fleshy tables of the heart. ( not in stone, not in planets, not in the earth, not in the world, not in stars, stars, made only of stone.)
The end of the commandment is charity out of a good conscience, and sincere faith, the good conscience is the resurrection of Jesus Christ. ( our faith is not in the wisdom of men, and it is not seen outside of the heart, as no eye has seen what is revealed in the heart by faith in Jesus Christ.)
2 Corinthians 3:2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:
3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.
4 And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward:
5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;
6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.
1 Timothy 1:5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:
1 Peter 3:18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
1 Peter 3:21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:
