So what really distinguished Christianity from other *beliefs*? (I would say *religion* 'cause Christianity isn't a religion ). What is the difference, really, since other also tell us: 'we believe in a god'.
 
The difference is in Christianity justification is through the forgiveness of sins apart from the merit of good works.
