Java Man

In 1891, convict workers employed by Dr. Eugene Dubois found on the island of java (Indonesia) in the south pacific several fossilized bone fragments. He identified these fossils as a 750,000-year-old man, Homo erectus. Dr. Dubois's identification was based on the fact that the skeleton fragments suggested to him that the individual waled erect as a humanoid, unlike an ape. However, the onlyt evidence for this important ape-man fossil was a skull cap fragment, 3 molar teeth, and a bone fragment from a thigh bone. However, the thigh bone fragment was identical of a modern human skeleton.
Strangely, Dr. Dubois did not initially admit that the java skull cap they discovered was not found near the other bone fragments but rather found 46 feet away from the other bones . There is no rational reason to conclude that this skull cap was ever part of an initial skeleton connected to the other bone fragments found over a 70 foot area during approximately one year of digging completed by untrained workers.
An example of the weakness of this claimed ape-man evidence for evolutionary development of man is found in the words of prof Virchow, who wrote: " there is no evidence at all that these bones were part of the same creature." Unfortunately. most of these original java man bones have now been lost. The scientists somehow neglected to inform the public that they had also discovered the skeletal remains of ten modern human skeletons at the very same site, together with tools, etc., indicating that this collection of fossilized bones was actually the remains of modern humans, not some imaginary ancient ape-man

Well, meanwhile the femur is generally considered to be part of a different skeleton, and some of the teeth that were found nearby to have originated from an orang utan.

The skullcap however is nothing special, just one homo erectus fossil out of many.

The java man skullcap and the turkana boy skull (homo erectus) both shown overlaid:

So we can throw this "java man" out the door as evidence.
Well, i wouldn't mind. There are plenty other and much better preserved specimen of homo erectus.

Again, that's how the bias of scientists is passed along to the public and because most people automatically believe anyone with a Ph.D., they can be easily fooled.

Unless they are Christian scientists, you can have 1000 Ph.D's and it won't matter if you don't adhere to the non creation/Christian methods.

Amen! That's because God is always right. And anyone who claims to know better than God does will always look like a fool. "He who exalts himself will be humbled." ;-)
