The Holy Spirit

I am conscious of a spirit as I write this thread. But is it the Holy Spirit?
Or is it part of my narcissistic tendencies?
The Holy Spirit is God. The Holy Spirit is good and only wants good to occur,our long term happiness.
I think what motivates my endless writing is a mixture of ;
Addiction
Fear
A need to self express
A need to understand.

In essence I am searching for God in much of my writing. Not all. I want to understand myself and others.
Sometimes it's better to just shut up. Maybe I should.

Just keep writing.
Someone gave me this advice once.
Looking back on writing I've done say 5 or 10 years ago, I can notice;
I tend to think the same way, the same self deprecation, the same self obsessions, the same worries, same fears...
But also I can see how my writing has improved, better choice of vocab.

The Holy Spirit
If you only knew what it means to a Catholic like me.
The dove descending on the apostles
When I received the sacrament of Confirmation.
This mysterious spirit.
What it must feel like to really have God inside you ALL the time.
I envy people who are full of the Holy Spirit
