common do to that in florida. this is due to the fact that its always been a swamp land and then we drain it and build so when it rains where can it go? that is required to by code to do that for any devolopement. though Disney does have theme parks with water in them.

People say Florida is a sink hole, literally, something about how there are more sink holes there than anywhere else. Don't know if that is true, but by those pictures, sure seems like it could be.
