The Lord said unto Satan, The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan. Zechariah 3:2. Jude 1:9.

Everybody on the forum realises that the beginning set forth the way of truth, and also deception.

The serpent began by beguiling Eve, and continued until now, beguiling all.

2 Corinthians 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

The Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven, to take vengeance on those who know not God, who do not obey the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. The punishment is everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord. ( the Lord will be admired in all them that believe the testimony.)

2 Thessalonians 1:7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

This is the same time the wicked is revealed, because the Lord consumes him with the Spirit of HIs mouth ( the Sword of His Spirit/ the Word of truth. Ephesians 6:17.)

That strong delusion is sent again now. ( in the form of the same beguiling deceiving spirit from the beginning to Adam and Eve.)

As with Adam, to receive the truth, would be, to be saved, but to believe a lie ( as Adam and Eve did) was to be damned, having PLEASURE in unrighteousness. ( Eve thought the tree, was PLEASANT to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise.)

Take note, that God has chosen us from the beginning, ( the time Adam and Eve were told to believe the truth, and not the lie) to salvation, sanctification of the spirit AND BELIEF OF THE TRUTH.

2 Thessalonians 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

2 Thessalonians 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

2 Thessalonians 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

Genesis 2:16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Adam and Eve had their eyes opened, and they hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God.

EVE CONFIRMED THAT THE SERPENT BEGUILED HER.

God drove Adam out of where the tree of life was, so he would not eat and live for ever.

Genesis 3:7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.
8 And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden.

Genesis 3:13 And the Lord God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

Genesis 3:22 And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
23 Therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.

Adam and Eve lacked the fear of the Lord.

The fear of the Lord are His judgments, as they are true and righteous altogether, more to be desired than much fine gold, sweeter than the honeycomb. ( the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise.)

By the judgements of the Lord, the Lords servant is warned, in keeing of them there is great reward.

The Lord cleanses us from secret faults, ( the secret that Adam and Eve tried to keep from the Lord.) and keeps his servants back from presumptuous sins, to be upright, to be innocent from the great transgression. ( Of Adam and Eve.)

When the wicked rise there is a man hidden. ( Adam tried to hide what he had done/hiding from the presence of the Lord.)

He that covers his sins shall not prosper. ( Adam, hid himself, covering what he had done from the Lord.)

But if we confess them and forsake them, we would have mercy. Happy are we, if we fear always. ( Adam and Eve did not have any fear of the Lord, the hardened heart, fell into mischief. The child of the devil is full of all subtilty and all mischief as Paul rebuked. (Acts 13:10.)

As Job told, we are NOT, to cover transgression as Adam, as he hid his iniquity in his bosom. ( Adam hid himself from the voice of the presence of the Lord.)

Psalm 19:9 The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.
10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.
12 Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.
13 Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.

Proverbs 28:12 When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden.
13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.
14 Happy is the man that feareth alway: but he that hardeneth his heart shall fall into mischief.

Job 31:33 If I covered my transgressions as Adam, by hiding mine iniquity in my bosom:

The blessing of the tree of life, ( Revelation 2:7. 22:14.) where God commanded the blessing of life, for evermore. ( Psalm 133:3.)

Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. ( not as Adam, who tried to cover up what sin he had done with Eve.)

Death reigned from Adam, and Adam was the figure of Him who was to come.

As in Adam all die, ( not believing the truth, beguiled by satan, covering their sin.)

In Christ all are made alive. ( confessing and forsaking their sin/ belief of the truth, not pleasure in unrighteousness, as Eve saw the tree was pleasant to the eyes and took the fruit off of it. The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether, more to be desired than gold, yes, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey. )

Psalm 133:3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.

Romans 4:6 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,
7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Romans 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

1 Corinthians 15:21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

God said to Adam he shall surely die, the serpent denied that and said Adam would not surely die.

But it is so certain, that when God says someone shall surely live, ( as the deceiver uses verses from the NT to say once saved, always saved.) they will not live, if they commit iniquity, ( the deceiver also said that doing good works is the same as committing iniquity) they shall die for it.

But what the wicked had committed, was robbing, not walking in the statutes of life. ( the wicked it is testified, did what was not lawful and right.)

Gods ways are equal, it is men's, the deceivers ways, that are not equal.

Ezekiel 33:13 When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his righteousnesses shall not be remembered; but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for it.
14 Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right;
15 If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die.
16 None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live.
17 Yet the children of thy people say, The way of the Lord is not equal: but as for them, their way is not equal.
18 When the righteous turneth from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, he shall even die thereby.
19 But if the wicked turn from his wickedness, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby.
20 Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. O ye house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his ways.
