The Meaning of God's Grace

After God created Adam and Eve he gave them dominion over the Garden of Eden and everything in it.

This dominion included all the animals and all the plants, including both the forbidden Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and the Tree of Life, as God gave man dominion over all the earth for which both mankind and all the trees are made from. While one tree was forbidden to man (hint: the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil) the other was not (hint: The Tree of Life).

It is very important to note that all of man's dominion ceases upon our death. This cessation of dominion includes both the Tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil and the Tree of Life. Remember that both the man and the woman were thrown out of the Garden of Eden after they ate of the forbidden fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil so they could not eat of the fruit of the Tree of Life and live forever.

While mankind was exiled from the Garden of Eden, and from any access to the Tree of Life, he still retained dominion over both of those Trees which is why we still retain God's knowledge of Good and Evil outside of the Garden of Eden.

God's grace is therefore in God acknowledging man's dominion over both Trees in the Garden of Eden and allowing man to retain God's knowledge of Good and Evil while outside of the Garden of Eden and also regaining access to the Tree of Life through a belief in God's son Jesus Christ.

It is critical to understand that God's grace ends when we die and we lose all dominion over both Trees in the Garden of Eden – especially the Tree of Life. All decisions to believe in Jesus Christ MUST be made while we still live under God's grace, meaning before we die.

God allowed man to retain his Knowledge of Good and Evil outside of the Garden of Eden so that man can decide if they truly want to live with God in heaven forever. Additionally, our possession of God's knowledge of Good and Evil is evidence of our sinful condition.

As long as the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil exists in the Garden of Eden then our Knowledge of Good and Evil will exist in all of us. Equally as long as the Tree of Life exists in the Garden of Eden then the possibility of our salvation is available to all of us for as long as we retain dominion over it, meaning while we are still alive.

For all those who believe that rituals can secure their salvation then just consider that once we die our dominion over our bodies ends therefor any and all rituals performed by our bodies will be null and void! The Mosaic Law cannot save us! Additionally, once we die our dominion over the Tree of Life ceases and any pledge of faith in Jesus Christ in the hereafter is also null and void!

Believe in the death and resurrection of God's son Jesus Christ – God become man – and you'll access the Tree of Life through the saving grace of God's forgiveness that God's son secured for us by dying on the cross for all of our sins. Then you'll have eternal life in heaven with God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Spirit forever! For Jesus Christ maintains dominion over both trees even after death simply because, as God, Jesus is the embodiment of both trees (hint: which is why he was resurrected back up into heaven. “Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven”). In essence Jesus Christ brought the Garden of Eden to all of us because he is the word of God made flesh!

God Bless

It is critical to understand that God's grace ends when we die
Mat 22:32 God is the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. He is not God of the dead, but of the living.
God, in Christ, has conquered death. We don't die; we transition.
God's grace NEVER, EVER, ends.
The moment God's grace ended would be the moment the universe would cease to exist.
