Again, you're making an assumption about what I think. I used the word imprison because that's what it is. Imagine if you were forced to live in your bedroom with a cable attached around your neck just long enough so you could use the bathroom. Would you not be imprisoned? I'm just calling it what it is.
You want your question answered when you never answered mine yet so I'll repeat it again in case it was forgotten. What creatures did God create for the purpose of being our pets?
Now I'll answer your question about what I think about pets. We have two dogs, four horses, a few barn cats, and for a time we also had a rabbit and some fish. The cats are free to come and go as they please. The rabbit was kept in a cage. The fish were kept in an aquarium. The dogs are somewhat free to come and go as they please. They let us know when they want to go outside and we let them out. They are not on a leash nor do we have an invisible fence so if they were to choose to leave, they could. Our horses are kept in a pasture most of the time but occasionally when the weather is not so good we will bring them inside.
In my opinion, if we had to chain our dogs to keep them, I would not want to keep them. That's just my opinion about how I would keep a dog. Our horses are given pasture to protect them from roaming onto roadways where they could get hurt and so they don't cause damage to the neighbors or their property. They are not allowed to roam free so in that way they are in fact, imprisoned.
I do not judge others for keeping pets so long as they are treated well. But, what I think about keeping pets has nothing to do with my original question.
