Ezekiel 16:25 You built yourself a high place at the top of every street and made your beauty abominable, and you spread your legs to every passer-by to multiply your harlotry.

Any thoughts from the posters here as to who this whore is and what her demonic doctrines are?
Is it possible that there are any world-wide satillite network ministries or churches in America that fit this description?

This passage seems to be a clear reference to ancient Jerusalem (the decendants of Judah and Benjamin). This chapter, as well as Revelation 19 may be speaking of the same whore (Jerusalem) just at different points in history with Revelation 19 speaking of 1st century Jerusalem.

Ezekiel 16 is a condemnation of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to include the entire southern Kingdom of Judah, which warranted their purging at the hands of the Babylonians under Nebuchadnezzar, according to the will of God. Other groups/systems throughout the Bible, history, or even today, may be likened to this particular 'Whore of Apostate Judah', just as she is grouped with her 'sisters' Samaria and Sodom. However, it is be a mistake to think Ezekiel 16 is speaking of any entity other than the Judah of that era. It does, however, illustrate various abominable attributes that one can find elsewhere; perhaps even deserving of God's wrath.:fullauto
