If you cant find it in scripture then its not of God... when I see the title of a video about someone dying and then coming back to tell about going to heaven or seeing Jesus Im amazed at how many people believe it.... no one ever died and came back to tell of it in the word so why would anyone believe it? Someone mentions Jesus and some people let their decrement down....When it comes to slain in the spirit or drunk in the spirit which pastors like hagan and browne pushed is demonic plain and simple.
Rodney howard browne was on tv one night as I flipped thru the channels so I stopped and watched, wondering if he would have people rolling on the floor and laughing out of control or held to the floor for hours.... this isnt the Holy Spirit working in these men.
Rodney has said:
"As long as something is happening it really does not matter if it is of God, of man or of the devil."
Well you know God isnt going to ever show up for a man like this, he'll get a devil ever time..
"One night I was preaching on hell and laughter just hit the whole place. The more I told people what hell was like the more they laughed."
"God, either you come down here tonight and touch me, or I'm going to die and come up there and touch you."
So when the men are in the upper room after Jesus's crucifixion and departure to heaven, the men are overcome by the Holy Spirit and start praising God in different languages that they normally couldnt speak and some Scoffers said they were drunk on wine which wasnt true. So rodney tells his flock that this laughter is the same thing which of course it isnt....
About 2 weeks before watching him on tv I learned it wasnt of God and it was demonic....
So Im watching him and he's talking about revival coming, now this was a Live broadcast and across the bottom of the tv was a ticker-tape like the stock market uses and different people who were watching by tv were saying they were laughing and I remember one that said "were all laughing up here in Dayton"(Ohio) I was about to change the channel
So I get this real ominous feeling come over me and I said to myself "I dont like this" I could tell it was on my right side but couldnt see anything, I did not blink during this encounter, then I said to myself "No way" I could tell it was trying to make me laugh... now even though I knew demons were involved with this laughing I could not think past what was happening, I never thought "oh this is a demon trying to make me laugh" couldnt think that deep.
Then I could see a jagged oblong vertical circle and then it was gone and a jagged smiley mouth appered and the corners of the mouth were trying to turn upwards like a smile.... And then it was gone, I was still starring at the tv... felt like it lasted about 30 seconds tops. that night I went to bed and fell asleep and didnt think of it much at all. Im guessing God help me sleep otherwise Id been up all night. The next day I did think about it and One thing I remembered that people who were overcome by this was that just before you start laughting you feel like electricity in the air and I thought thats what the jagged circle was.. Now even thou I could not even think it was a devil doing this I know that the Holy Spirit knew that I rejected this and wanted no part of it and the Holy spirit stood on that.... I can say that when those devils go to these believers that are welcoming it inside them have no way of using decrement of the spirit it just overwhelms them like it did me in not being able to think more than the whats going on at the surface....
I should never of had this encounter at all, God tells us in the word Not to invite false teachings or teachers into our houses and that's exactly what I did...
For a while id kinda trip knowing a demon had stood in my living room.
Theres a video of hagan and all the people acting like fools some on the floor rolling around laughing and the camera shows one guy just starring with his eyes Wide open and he isnt laughing and I thought brother I know that feeling.
When I was a kid Id draw clouds with jagged lightning striking the ground and thats why I identified that jagged circle as electricity
I wouId of like to of been able to report that I looked to my right and rebuked it in Jesus name but that wasnt happening......
