Bible Study Things that we miss in the word of God

we sometimes over look things that are mentioned in the bible.
They go right over our heads. People teach that Adam and Eve was
cast out of the garden because of sin which is basic cause ,God
said it was to keep them from eating of the tree of live and living forever
like them.
One more at the tower of babel he said if they can communicate
anything they can imagine they can accomplish.Their thoughts
were evil therefore all they did would be evil. I don't believe God
cares how much we accomplish on the good side we just can't
seem to stay on that path.

U r correct when u say that we overlook things in the bible. The bible is like a giant puzzle and to understand the bible we must take ALL the bible has to say about a subject and put it together, to take part and leave some out or to pick and choose what we will believe our puzzle will be wrong and incomplete (usually false doctrine). When we put scripture together we get a picture that makes some scripture not mean exactly what it says or we will have contradictions. Also we must take the bible as a whole and put it ALL together to get the whole and correct picture and this is going to make some scriptures not mean exactly what it says. U say, how can it not mean what it says , is it lying? No it means what it says but it depends and sometimes there is an IF, sometmes (like baptism) it is what God would rather we do but is not a requirement for God nor heaven like some try to say. It is common sense, does the blood of Christ wash away sin or water in baptism, do we recieve Jesus when we believe (faith) or when we r baptised, do we recieve forgivness when we repent (say we r sorry) or when we r baptised, salvation is of the heart and the heart depends on our choice (will) and what does baptism do for the heart? I do not want to argue baptism but it is just an example. Prayer is another, one place says that (whatever I ask) if i go by this then it is all up to me, another place says (according to God's will) if I go by this then it is all up to God, another place says that i can ask amiss. If I take all the bible says and put it together i get a picture that says God answers prayer in 1 of 3 ways. YES, NO, and YES BUT WAIT. I hope this helps someone.
