[__ Prayer __] This is a little embarrassing but I need help

It's embarrassing because it's to do with my ahem... Buttocks...

For a while I've been suffering badly from IBS and each time all of my stomach content leaves my body, it affects my glucose levels (I'm diabetic) because all the nutritions I require go straight out of me and I end up very dehydrated.

The IBS is absolutely horrible and I wish for it to go away, please, I know it's an odd prayer request but these problem is horrible and I don't want to suffer anymore. If you've experienced IBS, you'll understand.
