You'd like mine. I've lifted the case, and remounted it at least three times since we've lived here. It's bedded in gravel (the builder was good) and I blast it out with strong water every couple of months.

The only thing I haven't done, which some of my neighbors have, is paint the inside of the case white.

why on earth would you do that? cement case or the fiberglass ones or plastic. some of those are heavy.

They aren't much heavier than a regular concrete block... and besides, you only have to lift them a few inches, not all the way out.

we don't use the old concrete style once the need is to replace the box. I have seen them break up from roots.
