Great series. I particularly like the third image. Why, in a time of housing shortages, and not enough houses for people with the desire and means to buy them, do we not refurbish these old houses and make them livable again? Often, they have been better and more strongly built than newer structures.

the tangelo ? that was the sole reason I wanted to do the video.the entire info i had save the tourist court came from them asking me and I know they paid a local historian who gave me its history ,that will be restored

enjoy those plats while not exactly laid out now or then as the area where it shows a road t into royal palm from the south is 7th avenue and that was groves in the 40s irc.Peterson groves had that ,they are still around .all of that otherwise save where the road called Valencia (country club now)I have walked and plats undeveloped then east of Grenada and pine are a church and a golf course east of Valencia and pine avenue until it hits fairway ,you can't see it but I have and Idea where it was

the name of the apartment in my video and photo is mentioned (weiss and rhyburn)the royal park inn I mentioned and that pink building is from that ,also places I mentioned but no longer exist ,the del Prado,del Mar ,osceola apts (torn down in 79 )

the one saying Vero is the del Mar ,today is the day the county became as such and Vero as Vero beach ,with in a few months that motel was built and open ,the other one ,is the Grenada apts its in,the plat ,the man waldo sexton,Arthur McKee ,Walter buckingham.I will mention them in more detail later

the green apts called the royal viking now they bought and touched up ,they watched the tangelo rot and decided once it was for sale to save her ,they have done this a few times ,the previous owner tried bit couldn't ,the city condemned it ,it was saved by the other owner and he couldn't complete it .
