Another good pill tip, don't take capsaicin capsules with a carbonate beverage, because it will come back up and it will be as hot as you expect it to be!
 
Oh, my, Hitch....thanks for the great advice...but that's awful someone chewed a capsule .... yuck!

Is that caution now on the bottle of fish oil capsules?

(A journalist friend said there is the possibility a new warning will be put on shampoo & conditioner bottles: Do Not Drink ..... sad commentary, isn't it!)
 
I crunch roasted almonds constantly and the fish tabs are about the same size and the phone rang and BLEAH

But after the second time I figured I should go public.
