Reading the word is still my favorite, and I find it's also refreshing
to sometimes just listen to a good word. Found a very good site
to download "refreshment mp3" to listen to them in moments
eyes are too tired to read.

another good thing to search for is a series called "naked without shame" by christopher west. He talks about the theology of our very bodies and how God has placed his imprint on it. Its FANTASTIC. Can change your entire outlook on matter.
