I know this topic has been dead for awhile, but I'm new and I just wanted to add my opinion to the mix...of two... I love Top Gear as well, which brings me to the subject of Britain VS America: Why can't America make good cars or TV shows? Yes, we all know how wonderful Firefly is good (that's why Fox canceled it; it almost cost them their "worst network in creation" award), and Joss Whedon is a very clever writer, and there are a few other American shows that somehow passed through the net of horridness, but America's television is ridiculous. I love American cars simply because they have style and soul, but there is none of that in our TV shows. It's just mindless violence, sex, and sensationalism. There's rarely any plot and all of the characters are as generic as Power Rangers.

Has anyone seen Stargate: Universe? I haven't, but from what I've seen in the trailers and from what other people have told me, I don't think I will ever want to...

But Top Gear is top notch.
