Toys for Kids

Please give an unwrapped toy to your local
Fire and Rescue Department.
They are collecting toys for children now.

(I went to the local Walgreens, and bought 3 toys for 12 dollars:
a My Little Pony set, a Construction truck set, and a crayon and
magic marker set. )

Also, the local flower shop here is collecting canned goods
for the City Rescue Mission, and, in return for donating
a can of food, you can get a free flower.
I got a red carnation.
:)

IF you can't donate, please tell other people about this.
And, please forward this email. I'm sure a lot of people
on your list would appreciate knowing where they can
easily drop off toys. Tell your church, your workplace,
your neighbors. It's a good thing to do.

just make sure you do it to Toys for Tots, or one of the other many good toy drives..

There are a few that are... well. Bad.

This is actually a serious guy, that set up "guns for tots" and actually really wants donations to give to kids. Be warry of the crazy people.

I can't afford to purchase presents for other kids ( I can't even afford college tuition or presents for my family right now) so hopefully I can do the red kettle campaign.

As a side note. If you can't afford to donate a present, do the red kettles, or many of the other non-monetary donations you can do this season. There are tons of oppurtunities. Contact your local salvation army, or red cross.
