True Meaning of the Holy Spirit
At the beginning of Jesus Christ's ministry Jesus received the Holy Spirit when he was baptized by John the Baptist. This event replicates the events in the Garden of Eden when God walked with Adam and Eve.
God created man from the dust of the ground therefore Jesus Christ's body is also made from the dust of the ground since Jesus is God become man. But since Jesus Christ is sinless, his body is also sinless, meaning that his body now becomes the sinless Garden of Eden once again (hint: the true promised land).
So here we have Jesus Christ bringing the Garden of Eden back to man through his own sinless body (hint: Jesus' body is also the true promised land) and as such God can once again walk with man as he did in the Garden by having his Spirit, his Holy Spirit, indwelling in his son Jesus Christ. When Jesus Christ was baptized, God's Holy Spirit rested upon Jesus Christ and, once again, God walked with man in the Garden of Eden through his own son's sinless body.
At the beginning of man's creation the Garden of Eden was fixed and stationary. But now, through the sinless person of Jesus Christ, who is God's son become man, the Garden of Eden has mobility in the person of Jesus Christ. God once walked with man in the Garden of Eden physically. Now God walks with man again spiritually by the indwelling Holy Spirit.
When Jesus was resurrected up to be with God the Father in heaven all the sinful men and women in this world were once again thrown out of the Garden of Eden. They were all thrown out, not by being forced out like Adam and Eve, but by having it removed from their presence as the Garden of Eden became Jesus Christ's body which is now in heaven with God the Father.
Now whenever anyone believes in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ they become one with Jesus Christ and they return to the Garden of Eden in spirit. Upon their death they will then be with Jesus Christ physically with a new body for eternity.
Whenever a person accepts Jesus Christ as their personal savior that person becomes one with Jesus Christ which means that the person is now back in the Garden of Eden. Then, when a believer of Jesus Christ receives the Holy Spirit, God is again walking with his creation as he did in the Garden of Eden.
The indwelling Holy Spirit is God once again walking with his creation as he did in the Garden of Eden. God placed man in the Garden of Eden but after his sin he was cast out of that Garden. Jesus Christ is God coming back to man to bring him back to the Garden...forgiven! And the indwelling Holy Spirit is God walking with his creation as he did in the Garden of Eden.
Believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ who is God's son, God become man, and then get baptized to receive the Holy Spirit, and God will then be walking with you as he did in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve.
God Bless
note:
When God created man he gave him dominion over this world. The indwelling Holy Spirit is God once again walking with his creation as he did in the Garden of Eden. But God will not violate man's dominion over this world that he gave Adam and Eve. This means that God will not be a 'waiter' for all of our desires and demands.
