Isaiah as a prophet of Israel stated:

Isaiah 44:28 That saith of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thy foundation shall be laid.

Ezra 6:3 In the first year of Cyrus the king the same Cyrus the king made a decree concerning the house of God at Jerusalem, Let the house be builded, the place where they offered sacrifices, and let the foundations thereof be strongly laid; the height thereof threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof threescore cubits; 4 With three rows of great stones, and a row of new timber: and let the expenses be given out of the king's house: 5 And also let the golden and silver vessels of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took forth out of the temple which is at Jerusalem, and brought unto Babylon, be restored, and brought again unto the temple which is at Jerusalem, every one to his place, and place them in the house of God.

We are dealing with three different Cyrus figures:

1. Biblical Cyrus who was King of Babylon, and King of Persia. Cyrus the King who rebuilt the Temple in Israel.

2. President Truman-ancient Cyrus; Chief Rabbi of Israel came to the White House to tell Truman he was an instrument of God, as was Cyrus.

3. President Trump -modern Cyrus; Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu came to the White House to tell Trump he was an instrument of God, as was Cyrus. The modern leader of Israel identified the modern Cyrus.

The Proclamation of Biblical Cyrus the right of the Jewish exiles to return to the land (2 dimensions of the proclamation)

President Truman (Democrat),
This was fulfilled in the modern world by the first American Cyrus, President Truman. Truman was central in the release of the post-Holocaust Jewish exiles in Europe, and their return to Israel. Followed by America’s recognition of the resurrected Jewish nation-1948.

President Trump, (Republican)
Three dimensions were fulfilled by President Trump in his “Jerusalem Declaration” in 2017. The Proclamation of Cyrus has another dimension. (1) Identify Jerusalem as belonging to the Jewish people. (2) Recognize the city as the nation’s capital. (3) Affirm the right of the Jewish people to return there. Truman did not fulfill any of theses dimensions. All of three of these dimensions were fulfilled by President Trump during his first year as president that is much it meant to God that His purpose be completed immediately.

Now the proclamation and declaration are both linked to a house. It specifically directed the construction of a house, and it decreed a building to be built in Jerusalem.

A year earlier in 2017, President Trump recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. The U.S. Embassy was moved from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. The returning of the original owner to his ancestral possession-the Jubilee.

Two days before that inauguration and the completion f the seventy years of separation was the Sabbath. All of Leviticus 25:9-10 was done by President Trump each time live on air.

What happen on May 14, 2018 the Inauguration of the American Embassy, the house in Jerusalem was the fulfillment of the Jubilee. The fulfillment of President Trump's "Jubilean Declaration" went forth in a Jubilee year. It was the manifestation of the legal authority (under Trump) and recognition given to Israel's return to Jerusalem (under Truman) which is the original owner to his ancestral possession- of which Jubilee represents. What Truman began Trump helped bring to full completion in a Jubilee timeframe. Thanks for that summarized conclusion it is very helpful, blessings.
