Two Last Letters Become the First Two Letters of the Next Word or Phrase

I believe that when making words we must understand that the last two letters of the previous word starts the word....I am at a loss to find a word beginning with ff:neutral

If it's okay with everyone, lets say that if the last two letters don't work, drop off the last letter and use the new last two.
So for teleport the word would be telepor So the new word starts with OR. If or woudn't work, we'd go with the next two, po and so on.
