Anybody else watching the 3 matches live on SpikeTv on Saturday night at 9 p.m. ET? Its the first time UFC will be shown live on TV and not via PPV. The first 2 matches are the championship finals of both the middleweight and light heavyweight tournaments from the Ultimate Fighter program. Then Ken Shamrock returns in the feature.

Light Heavyweight Final
Stephan Bonnar vs. Forrest Griffin

Middlweight Final
Diego Sanchez vs. Kenny Florian

Ken Shamrock vs. Rich Franklin

Unfortunately I don't get that chanel :sad

I'm estatic about tonights event though Pride's opening round of the GP middleweight tournament!!!!

Tournament Matches:
(Shown in order from first to last)
Kevin Randleman (USA) vs. Kazuhiro Nakamura (Japan)
Dean Lister (USA) vs. Ricardo Arona (Brazil)
Igor Vovchanchyn (Ukraine) vs. Yuki Kondo (Japan)
Vitor Belfort (Brazil) vs. Alistair Overeem (Holland)
Dan Henderson (USA) vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira (Brazil)
Kazushi Sakuraba (Japan) vs. Yoon Dong Sik (Korea)
Quinton “Rampage†Jackson (USA) vs. Mauricio “Shogun†Rua (Brazil)
Wanderlei Silva (Brazil) vs. Hidehiko Yoshida (Japan)

With matchups like this, it will just be phenomenal!

Diego beat Kenny very quickly in the first round as expected winning the middleweight contract.

You've got to see the Griffin/Bonnar fight. That made the night. What a war!! Both of these guys are warriors and deserving of both getting a lightheavyweight contract.

Shamrock got embarrassed by Franklin. He must have got a huge payday because losing the way he did in the 1st round on national tv, not to mention he is a legend in the UFC, was bad. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

Oh I'm deffinately going to be catching the Griffin/Bonnar fight! I've heard rave reviews of it.

Shamrocks "legendary" status is "in his own mind" and the people he can fool. Franklin's no joke either and has fought in serious fights before this, and pushed people who could rock Shamrock in his heyday. Shamrock IS a good fighter, but his cowardness to go at it with challenging opponents takes away any respect most people have for him. He just was lucky enough to take advantage of the UFC's early years when they hadn't enticed the truly awesome fighters and all the muai thai, bjj, abu dahbi grapplers, and other world class mma guys.
