Would it be a good idea to put Gospel tracts in a time capsule to be opened 100 years or so into the future ?

I think it's a neat idea. The Lord bless you, and welcome to the board. :D

It certainly can't hurt. They may not be culturally relavent in 100 years, but God's truths never change, so I guess it's worth a shot.

As long as the people of God are here the gospel will be preached-- when they are removed those left will have no mentality for the things of God.

I think The new earth (millennium) might be here within 100 years as fast as things are moving.

What else could you consider putting into this capsule?

Maybe a CD and a CD player? Personally, I think something like Casting Crowns or Third Day would be totally awesome to listen to in 100 years. Imagine what kind of music they will come up with then!
