Very Slow

Why is this site slow, when you create a post and hit the submit button, it takes forever for it to post. I know sometimes a counter can slow down a site.

This question is often asked, and the answer is that we just don't know. I realize that overall loading has been slow the last few days, but the submit has been slow most of the summer(USA).

This is good to hear...thought it was my computer as I've experienced the same slow down. I went looking for spyware thinking that could be part of the problem.
